According to the circular seen by wallnetnews dated April 9th 2024 signed by Rev Can Dr Duncan Mugumya, This decision comes as a result of the upcoming National Census exercise, whose dates coincides with those earlier set for the games, from May 5th to 16th 2024, requiring careful planning to avoid conflicts and disruptions.
